Chocolate chip cookies (in English)

Ingredients:
-220 g plain flour
-100 g butter
-50 g sugar
-1 egg
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1 tbsp sour cream
-50 g chocolate of choice (I used dark with hazelnuts) 

Recipe:
Sift the given quantity of sugar and flour. Add the salt and stir well. Cut the cold butter in cubic shapes and rub it into flour until you achieve sand-like texture. Add the choclate chips. Put one egg and knead the dough. Add the tbsp of sour cream. Leave in a fridge for an hour. Take a tbsp of dough at time and make shaoes of your liking. Line on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 175 °C, turn of the oven and leave cookies inside turned upside down for another 5 to 10 minutes
