Mini raw tart (English/Croatian)

Ingredients (2 tarts) 
-100 ml ground almonds
-5 to 8 dates dried
-2 tbsp of coconut cream
-chocolate*
Soak 5 dates overnight in enough water just to cover them. Add the dates and 5 tbsp of soaking water to ground almonds. Blend. Put in muffin molds. Leave in fridge. Melt dark chocolate and pour into muffin cups. Whip coconut cream and add on top. Leave in refrigerator for 1 hour. 
*you can mix 1 tbsp coconut oil with 1 tbsp date syrup (or more) and 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Sastojci (2 tarta) 
-100 ml mljeveni bademi
-5 do 8 sušenih datulja
-2 žlice kokosova vrhnja
-čokolada*
Namočite datulje u dovoljno vode preko noći. Dodajte datulje i 5 žlica vode u kojoj su se namakale u bademe. Smjesu utisnite u kalupe za muffine. Ostavite neko vrijeme u frižideru. Otopite čokoladu i prelijte. Dodajte žlicu tučenog kokosovog vrhnja. 
Ostavite u frižideru ili zamrzivaču oko 1 h.
*čokoladni preljev možete napraviti s 1 žlicom kokosova ulja, 1 žlicom sirupa od datulja i 1 žlicom kakaa.
