Ingredients
-250 ml of sunflower seeds
-4 eggs
-2 very ripe bananas
-a full teaspoon of baking soda
-a tablespoon of honey
-a pinch of salt
-dark chocolate + 1 tablespoon coconut oil (for glaze)
-cinnamon, nutmeg, anise, vanilla (optional)
Procedure
Chop the sunflower seeds in a food processor until it gets flour-like texture. Beat the eggs with mashed bananas, honey, baking soda and salt. Mix everything well and bake for 15 -20 minutes at 170 C.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil and pour over the cooled cake. This amount is enough for 5 muffin tins and one small 0.5 L baking tin.
