Ingredients:
-100 g of flour
-50 g of sugar
-8 g vanilla sugar
-2 eggs
-2 ripe sweet apples
-Spices: cinnamon, anise
-Half a teaspoon of baking soda
-2 tablespoons coarsely ground almonds for decoration
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add blended apples and then the mixture of flour, spices and baking soda. Stir until everything is combined.
Bake in silicone molds at 175 ° C for about 20 minutes (until the crust turns golden brown and the toothpick is dry when coming out). Wait for 30 minutes to let them cool down.
