- 225 g oštrog brašna
- 25 g glatkog brašna
- 100 g šećera
- 1/2 žličice sode bikarbone
- prstohvat soli
- 150 g maslaca
- 100 g čokolade
- šaka zdrobljenih lješnjaka
- 8 g vanilin šećer
- 1 jaje
Postupak
Maslac otopite i istucite sa šećerom. Umutite jaje u tu smjesu. Umiješajte brašno, sol i sodu. Dodajte čokoladu i lješnjake. Ostavite 3 sata u hladnjaku. Oblikujte 16 kuglica i rasporedite na pekač tako da budu što udaljeniji.
Pecite na 160 C 15 minuta ako želite hrskave rubove ili 12 ukoliko ste za mekšu varijantu. Ohladite pola sata prije konzumacije.

- 225 g strong flour
- 100 g sugar
- 150 g butter
- 1 egg
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- a pinch of salt
- a handful of crunched hazelnuts
Method
Beat sugar and butter, then add egg. Fold in flour, soda and salt. Add hazelnuts and chocolate. Refrigerate the dough for at least 3 hours. Make 16 balls and place them as far as possible on a baking sheet. Bake at 160 C for 12-15 minutes, depending on how chewy or crunchy you want them to be. Cool for 30 minutes before eating.
