Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 80 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 300 ml plain flour
- 60 ml cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg and anise
- chocolate chips (optional)
Method
Mash the banana and add egg, melted butter and sugar. Beat well and then sift the dry ingredients. Once again mix well. Pour into bread pan and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 175°C for 35-40 min or until toothpick comes out dry.
