Carrot muffins

Ingredients
-3 eggs
-baking soda
-annise, nutmeg, cinnamon
-3 carrots
-1 apple
-1 cup almond flour

Method
Blend apples and carrots. Add everything except flour and stir well (until the eggs are beaten). Pour into muffin tins and bake at 170 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
